During that time, Nick earned a deserved industry reputation for high yields and quality fruit through his careful scientific approach to growing, combined with an instinct for just knowing ‘what plants want.’

Now Nick is the grower behind Berries On Tap, a new fruit venture managed by their son, Archie Evans, growing and supplying high-quality fruit and mushrooms via a chilled farm gate vending machine direct to customers.
